Tidying The Cattery

Every cattery owner knows that the cattery area can quickly become cluttered and messy unless you institute some shelves, cupboards, boxes and such to help keep things organized. Here is one woman’s solution to the challenge of keeping things organized…

Larger objects can be organized by using a series of child’s plastic buckets. Color coordinating the handles helps separate and identify certain materials.

Inexpensive stainless steel shelving is available in any big box store and makes a useful and strong shelving area.

Sometimes it is best to organize objects all in an horizontal row. Simple cardboard boxes and a colorful numbering system keep objects organized and easily identified.

Other times, space limitation dictates that you store things vertically. Various colors of stackable bins are a handy solution.
