PandEcats.com Wins Award From
Cat Writers Association

The Cat Writers' Association, Inc. (CWA) is an organization of professionals whose writing, publishing and broadcasting is all about cats. It's members include writers, editors, publishers, artists, public relations specialists and broadcasters. Each year the CWA holds a contest to honor the finest publications of the year.

The winners are then announced at the CWA Annual Conference held in conjunction with the CFA International Cat Show.

We are proud to announce that out of more than 400 entries competing,
PandEcats.com was chosen as the winner of
The Best Online Publication for 2004
!

PandEcats.com was awarded both the Certificate of Excellence and the prestigious Muse Medallion.

The Scoring

Entries in the writing contest are scored independently by three CWA member judges.

Each judge awards points on a scale of 1-100.

The three scores are then averaged by the Contest Chair to calculate the Certificate of Excellence winners.

The Certificate of Excellence citation indicates the entry received an average score of 90 points or higher.

The Muse Medallion

The coveted Muse Medallion is awarded to the highest scoring Certificate of Excellence winner in each category.
